Client: Wakaberry Frozen Yoghurt

The problem: Paper based loyalty card program provided little insight and data and was very time consuming manually collating data. Large amount of fraud. Lack of information on who their customers were, how much they were spending and at which stores. No central customer database for promotion. No ability to target specific customers with intelligent promotions.
